This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the centre of Llanberis is perfect for those who want to explore the area and it's nice to be in a busy day-quiet night village where everyone says hello. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The basic amenities in the rooms are convenient, especially for storing wet clothes after a day out. The breakfast, especially the bacon, is simply excellent.

Despite some minor drawbacks such as occasional noise from the bar and a slight smell of kitchen fumes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room at Y Gwynedd Inn was spotless and recently renovated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The convenience of self check-in allowed us to easily access our room. The location in Llanberis was perfect, with a corner shop just across the street, and the wifi code was clearly provided throughout the building.
