I stayed at 11 Howard for a weekend getaway. the location was perfect, close to Chinatown and SoHo shopping. the staff were attentive, rooms clean, and bed super cozy. Enjoyed complimentary water daily and efficient service at the lounge. Overall great experience!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing, within walking distance to Chinatown, SoHo shopping, and a nearby train station. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff and complimentary water provided daily. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with a nice big TV and a good shower.

There were some downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a persistent coffee stain and lack of thorough vacuuming.
