The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to the harbor, Faneuil Hall, and other popular areas. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had amazing views.

I was initially concerned about the room situation as we were given a room with one bed instead of two, but the staff at the front desk was quick to resolve the issue and provided us with a new room that met our needs. The lobby and coffee shop downstairs were a great place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I had an overall pleasant stay at the Hilton Boston Downtown.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly doorman who gave us fantastic recommendations and directions. The bar server was also attentive and remembered us and our orders. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make our stay truly memorable.

Just returned from a wonderful 4-day stay at this centrally located hotel. It was a special family trip to celebrate New Year's Eve and show our seven-year-old the beauty of the city. The room had amazing city views, especially the giant window in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe had a nice variety of beverages and food, and there were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The room rate was very affordable, making our trip even more enjoyable. Can recommend this hotel.

The restaurant at the hotel is great, providing delicious meals. The room service, although needing reminders, is good and responsive to requests for amenities like soap and coffee. the facilities and services provided by The Dagny make for a pleasant stay.

Two complimentary beverages per day per room and free transportation to local attractions were nice perks. the hotel's central location was ideal for exploring popular tourist spots and city attractions by foot or public transportation. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site.

As a business traveler, the staff at Dagny really made my trip a success. They went above and beyond to get us a table at the fully booked Ricardo's, and the meal was fantastic. The hotel is clean, and although it's an old building, the rooms are spacious. The vintage charm adds character, with real wood furnishings and comfortable club chairs. The room we had was large, with five windows and a fantastic shower. The staff were all kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
