Great location with lots of nearby entertainment options including concerts and tourist attractions. Friendly and accommodating staff who were able to check us in early. Complimentary breakfast with excellent service. Luxurious and fluffy towels and bathrobe provided. Quirky and amusing doorman who added to our overall experience.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for a few nights and were extremely pleased with our experience. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, as it is within walking distance to all the historical sites and in the heart of the business district. We were able to explore the area easily and conveniently. The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly doorman who gave us fantastic recommendations and directions. The bar server was also attentive and remembered us and our orders. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make our stay truly memorable.

We highly recommend this place to everyone. The location, the service, and the overall quality of this hotel are top-notch.

Perfect location- a few blocks from Faneuil Hall and the harbor. The historic building has large rooms with various amenities. The doormen are extremely accommodating. I recommend Hilton for an enjoyable stay.

Two complimentary beverages per day per room and free transportation to local attractions were nice perks. The hotel's central location was ideal for exploring popular tourist spots and city attractions by foot or public transportation. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site.

The lack of seating in the lobby was disappointing, and the main entrance being the furthest from reception was not very convenient. Additionally, the absence of free Wi-Fi in-room was frustrating.

This hotel is located in the heart of the action, with easy access to everything that the vibrant city has to offer. From here, you can easily walk to all the main downtown attractions. It's also situated in the financial district, which is nice and quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and have modern amenities like a gym.

The hotel could do with some improvement in terms of room amenities to match its prime location.

Fantastic renovated room, very spacious and well-equipped. Incredible bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Didn't hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms. Great location in a vibrant area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel is not as conveniently located as advertised, requiring a longer walk to Faneuil Hall than expected. Poor service with dirty rooms and stains on the carpets. Experienced a car mishap with the valet, who left my car on the street. Staff were unhelpful and rude, especially the front desk person who screamed at me and hung up. Room had a shortage in beds and no rollaways available. Had to sleep on the floor and deal with a flooded toilet without proper assistance from housekeeping or the engineer. Fitness center was being used as storage and had no equipment. a terrible experience for a high price. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great neighborhood close to Faneuil Hall. The location was ideal as I could walk to historical sites and everything in the center of the city. My room had a beautiful view and a comfortable king bed with really nice pillows. The bathroom was huge and well stocked with basic amenities. Breakfast was included with large portions and perfect for early risers.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request and the room had everything I needed. I really appreciated the in-room safe and the mini-bar! Also, the housekeeping staff kept the room clean and provided fresh towels every day.
