The room was a decent size, with good temperature control. The bed felt old and too soft, which affected my sleep quality. I ended up moving to the pull-out sofa, but it was not much better. The noise levels were generally quiet throughout the building, allowing for some rest. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired; both my partner and I felt itchy after the first night. The mini fridge was uncomfortably warm, ruining some food we had bought. Housekeeping was slow to respond, which added to our frustration during the stay.

Location is spot on, super central. Rooms are neat and comfy, loved the kitchenette! Had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Staff were really friendly and quick to help. Fitness centre was great. Less than 10 min walk to the subway and close to Millennium Park. Food spots nearby made it easy.

The prime spot makes it super easy to wander the city, being just around the corner from must-see attractions like the Willis Tower, the Chicago Cultural Center, and beautiful Grant Park, all within a comfortable walk, while the vibrant dining scene with places like Revival Food Hall and Brown Bag Seafood Co is literally a few steps away, comfortably complimented by spacious and clean rooms and top-notch staff eager to help; the only downside was a slight musky smell in the room, but it didn't detract from the overall awesome experience.

The staff here always greet you with a smile. The free drinking water by the lifts is a thoughtful touch and the nearby transport links are spot on.

With improvements, I'd consider returning.
