The room lighting was a bit dim and not adjustable, making it challenging to read or work comfortably in the evenings.

not to sound petty, but the TV was a constant pain—first night it worked, then it didn’t, and I was told to 'just deal with it. ' also, what kind of hotel refuses to offer room cleaning? I expected at least fresh towels without having to beg. almost wrote a glowing review, but I just couldn’t.

a complete disappointment. the breakfast was a chaotic mess, with items running out quicker than you could say 'get me a table'. plus, my requests for extra towels were met with a long wait. and can we talk about the pool? no one bothered to ensure it was comfortable for me. it's clear this hotel believes 'regular' guests deserve no special treatment.

Delightful experience, wonderful if you're attending a conference with access to great dining options nearby.

My stay was fabulous! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to the River Walk. The pool was a fantastic bonus, ideal for some morning laps! Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety, from cheesy eggs to fresh fruit. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

We spent a great 3 nights in a spacious corner room with stunning views. The breakfast was delicious, but be sure to wake up early to enjoy it! The glass bathroom door took some getting used to for privacy, though the bed was incredibly comfy. Overall, a lovely stay!

The treadmill noise from the gym was a bit much—like a very loud hamster on a wheel! And my room’s TV had more mood swings than I do on a Monday morning.

We had a lovely stay! The room was super comfy and spacious, with a nice view. Breakfast was on point, especially the fresh pastries! Staff was super chill and helped with everything we needed. Just wish the window let in a bit more light, felt like nighttime too early sometimes.

Location was perfect for getting around the city. just a short walk to the Washington/Wells station and even closer to great pizza spots. loved the cleanliness of the room too!

the location was fantastic. with grand windows offering stunning vistas of iconic skyscrapers. enjoyed the tasty breakfast options and friendly service! the fitness center had excellent equipment, and the indoor pool was a lovely bonus for relaxation.

Had a nice time! The hostess was amazing,, she offered us water and fruit when checked in late. The room was humongous,, felt like we were at home. Plus, they texted us every day to see how our stay was going. , really nice touch.
