We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel! The location in Downtown, near the congress center, was perfect for us. We were able to easily attend our meetings and explore the city. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Every staff member, from the valet service to the reception desk, provided excellent service with a smile. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered in the rooms, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The rooms were beautifully updated and the bathrooms were simply stunning. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our entire stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff members were extremely kind and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were top-notch. The location was perfect, with attractions like the aquarium and world of coke just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, like Hard Rock. The breakfast selection was impressive, although it was a bit expensive if it wasn't included in the room rate. a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised with the European style breakfast and the cleanliness of our room. Despite a slight wait for the valet parking, our car was always secure. we had a great stay.

We stayed at Ac Hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a great experience. Marvin at the front desk offered 2 drinks and an appetizer as a congratulatory gesture. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The TV in the room was a great size and made us feel at home. Additionally, the location was perfect, within walking distance of various bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at the Ac Hotel Downtown for a weekend of football and was thoroughly impressed. The staff, particularly Samuel at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were constantly checking in, offering assistance, and keeping the hotel immaculate despite the rainy weather. The room had a fantastic view, was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions, and the facilities, including the breakfast options, were exceptional.

All staff except front desk were wonderful. Surprisingly modern lobby, rooms, bathroom, courtyard, pool, and gym. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. Outstanding staff made us feel welcome and gave great service. Impressed by their quick response to fix fridge and gave extra breakfast vouchers.

The location of this hotel is perfect, especially if you're attending events at Philips Arena or the Stadium. The rooms are comfortable with nice showers, great for a single night stay. The hotel requires a room key for access, ensuring security. The snack store and restaurant are convenient amenities. The staff is accommodating and provided a refund when our event was cancelled.

Located near the main attractions of the city, this hotel is a great option for a fun weekend with your friends. The hotel has a good breakfast, a nice lounge with a bar, and a well-maintained pool. All the rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bathrooms are elegantly decorated, but some rooms lack locks.

Some of the staff members are rude and did not listen to the guests' requests.

I loved staying at this place! It is located directly next to a Waffle House and within walking distance of the congress center and many restaurants and activities in Downtown Atlanta. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen tv. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided great service, from the 24-hour reception to the room service. I especially enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and outdoor facilities, with sun loungers and a fitness center.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms, they were perfect for our Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was key, as it was in close proximity to Centennial Park, the stadium, and the arena. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in.

Service on our 6-night stay fell short, as we had to request housekeeping and coffee supplies multiple times. Some staff members were rude and had policies that didn't make sense, such as not allowing guests to see a room before their stay. Experienced cleanliness issues with the shower head and water temperature, which were disappointing.

Got a couple of free things, close to everything we needed to do. We got a free bottle of water each when we arrived, plus a couple of mints which was nice. The hotel was in a great spot for seeing all the sights and getting to things on time. We also got to enjoy a wonderful sunrise from our room, which made the start of our New Year’s Day even more special.

Poor service, very disrespectful staff. The staff were absolutely terrible. They were really aggressive and disrespectful and ruined our experience. We were so disappointed with how we were treated that we cut our trip short, which was a real shame. It’s a shame to see such poor customer service at a hotel.
