Beds at AC Hotel Downtown Atlanta were incredibly comfortable, conveniently close to State Farm arena. the staff was friendly, and our floor had complimentary ice and water.

Room issues occurred, overcharged on multiple cards.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel! The location in Downtown, near the congress center, was perfect for us. We were able to easily attend our meetings and explore the city. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Every staff member, from the valet service to the reception desk, provided excellent service with a smile. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered in the rooms, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were beautifully updated and the bathrooms were simply stunning. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our entire stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, like Hard Rock. The breakfast selection was impressive, although it was a bit expensive if it wasn't included in the room rate. a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

We stayed at Ac Hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a great experience. Marvin at the front desk offered 2 drinks and an appetizer as a congratulatory gesture. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The TV in the room was a great size and made us feel at home. Additionally, the location was perfect, within walking distance of various bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

All staff except front desk were wonderful. Surprisingly modern lobby, rooms, bathroom, courtyard, pool, and gym. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. Outstanding staff made us feel welcome and gave great service. Impressed by their quick response to fix fridge and gave extra breakfast vouchers.
