I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the bell service. The reception desk even changed my room so I could have a stunning view of the hills. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Beverly Hills, right across from a huge shopping centre and convenient stores. The concierge was a great help, offering excellent recommendations and assisting with tour bookings. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I also enjoyed the free coffee in the morning.

Great rooms and facilities, everything was in perfect shape. The hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient, especially Tye, who went above and beyond to assist me with a complex account query.

The rooms were not very clean, and the mini bar items were unappealing in dirty and dusty reusable jars. The overall service was disappointing, with no room service available and a lack of basic assistance such as bringing up an Uber order. The price was also quite high considering the poor experience.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with amazing bedding that made it hard to get out of bed. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bus options for getting around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially the valet staff.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, but there was a nice vegan place down the road that served delicious food.

Excellent location in Beverly Hills with great shops and restaurants nearby. The lobby is stylish and the rooms are spacious. We had a room facing the hills which was quiet and comfortable. The terrace restaurant had a good vibe and delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The bathroom lighting was poor, making it difficult to get ready in the mornings. The noise insulation in the rooms was also lacking, as we could hear street noise and conversations from outside.
