The newly renovated rooms were spotless and so cozy! I loved the easy beach access for morning strolls and the warm, friendly staff made me feel right at home. The indoor pool and spa were the cherry on top for some ultimate relaxation!

Amazing staff, clean and comfy stay!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, almost like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the bright, inviting atmosphere with a pleasant scent. Temperature control was efficient, though the room was initially cold. Unfortunately, we faced significant noise issues from adjacent rooms, disrupting our sleep. The TV’s adjustable angle was a nice touch, and the bathroom was well-maintained with ample towels. the refrigerator was noisy, and there were some missing items like toilet paper. the room had potential but needed attention to a few details for a perfect stay.

I had a rough night due to the paper-thin walls. It felt like I was sharing a room with the rowdy guests upstairs. I barely got any sleep while dealing with loud voices and laughter echoing down the hallway.

The manager seemed off-putting during check-in, and we faced issues like empty shampoo dispensers and noise from the ice machine. A lovely beach access was nearby, but the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.

The room itself was cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. the heating and air conditioning left much to be desired, as the room temperature was inconsistent and sometimes too cold. The sitting area was a nice touch, but the design of the room was a bit awkward with the sink located in the living room instead of the bathroom. The carpeted floor was not well vacuumed, as we found a wrapper and other debris left behind. Housekeeping seemed to be hit or miss, as our towels were taken but not replaced, and the garbage was removed but the toilet paper was not restocked. We also encountered issues with the refrigerator making a loud noise and a dirty microwave. On the upside, the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment, and the am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time. The lack of light in the coffee area was a nuisance, making it difficult to make a cup of coffee in the morning. The lack of proper communication from staff about issues like the inoperable fireplace in the room and the non-functional ice machines on most floors was frustrating. the noise from other guests and the poor soundproofing of the rooms made for a disrupted and uncomfortable stay. while there were some positives to our stay at the Holiday Inn, such as the comfortable bed and acceptable pool area, the numerous issues with cleanliness, amenities, and noise levels greatly detracted from our experience. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return in the future.

Loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed, which wasn’t a sinking mess—firm, just how I like it. The reusable soap containers were a nice eco-friendly touch, and the shampoo dispensers were convenient, despite being empty at times. cleanliness was inconsistent. The pool needed serious cleaning, and the ice machines were mostly out of order. Encountered issues with temperature regulation in the room too. Some staff behavior could use improvement—hospitality requires kindness, not condescension. A mix of good and bad experiences; opportunities for growth exist.

Perfectly situated near the beach and fun attractions

I had an amazing time enjoying my stay and exploring the area because it's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are so many great spots nearby like Kirtsis Park and Chinook Winds Casino Resort all within a 15-minute stroll, making it super easy to experience the best of Lincoln City; the hotel also offered comfy rooms with nice amenities like a microwave and fridge. The only little downside was that the staff service could use a bit of a touch-up, but overall my experience was delightful.
