The front desk service seems to be lacking, with guests having to repeatedly ask for towels and deal with key card issues.

The room at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was spotless and well-maintained. It had a lovely modern decor, and we appreciated the convenience of having a Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave in the room. The pool and hot tub were also very comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, and we enjoyed the convenience of having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The friendly staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. The well-lit parking lot was also a plus.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the lack of cups in the room and the blinds not providing enough darkness, it didn't affect our overall positive experience at the hotel.

Our one night stay at Holiday Inn Express was perfect. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and away from the noise of the highway. I was pleasantly surprised by the varied and flavorful breakfast options offered. Moreover, the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was fantastic - close to the casino, on the outskirts of town, very close to the beach, and surrounded by the forest. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially the night manager, were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and the parking was convenient.

The hotel had recently been remodeled and it was evident in the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff at the complimentary breakfast, especially Keith, provided excellent service.

Despite the hotel being fairly empty, we were placed in a room next to loud and inconsiderate neighbors who disrupted our sleep. The hotel staff could have been more thoughtful and provided more space between guests, especially considering we were new parents with a baby.
