Enjoyed the clean bedding and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Free parking and Wi-Fi were easily accessible. Food at the Wicked Good Cafe was awesome, and the bartender was fantastic.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Best aspects of our stay were the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff and the beautiful pool. the staff, especially Samantha, were friendly and helpful, and made our check-in process smooth and efficient. the pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing there. Additionally, the fact that the hotel had two different bed heights was a thoughtful touch that added convenience and comfort to our stay.

Worst aspects of our stay were the long walks to the elevator and hotel lobby, especially considering we had two wheelchairs and no valet service for our luggage. the lack of a microwave in the room was also disappointing as we were unable to heat up our bed buddy hot packs.

I had a great stay at Bally's Twin River. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their prompt assistance when my key card didn't work. The casino had a wide variety of machines to choose from, and I had a good time playing and even won some money. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the smell of smoke in the casino, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway with my sister. The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking a serene duck pond. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and working air conditioning. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved the outdoor seating and the pool, both were very enjoyable and relaxing. the fact that the hotel was clean and new was definitely a plus. Also, the convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. it was a great experience.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the lack of signage made it difficult to find the hotel entrance, and the construction added to the confusion.
