The location was perfect, with easy access to the outdoor tubing hill, the Forge Cinemas, offering the ultimate movie experience, and the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. The hotel's serene atmosphere and comfortable rooms, complete with great beds, made our stay enjoyable. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus, and the full concession stand at the Forge Cinemas was a hit with the kids.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more organized family activities to cater specifically to children's entertainment during the evenings.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel during our trip to Pigeon Forge. We checked out the Laser Gun Coaster and the Power Coaster, and then we hit up the trampoline area where one ticket gave us access to all the cool attractions. Plus, the pool was the perfect spot to chill after all the adventures. It was awesome that we could find so much fun and inexpensive stuff to do around the area.

We wished the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers like us.

The comfortable rooms offer spacious and clean accommodations, with plenty of towels and daily housekeeping. The breakfast served has a great variety of options to choose from and friendly staff.

The unbeatable views and delicious grab-and-go breakfast added to the comfort of my stay, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. the proximity to The Old Mill General store made it convenient to explore the Old Mill Signature line of foods, adding a delightful touch to the travel experience.

While the hotel provided a cozy stay, I found that the frequency of changing bed linens fell short of expectation, with no change throughout the entire week. It is a standard for good hotels to change bed linens at least every 2nd day, and I hope that this aspect can be improved to enhance the overall experience for guests.

We loved how close this hotel was to all the attractions in this city. It was so convenient to be near the LeConte center and the downtown area. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities.
