However, maintenance issues such as outdated decor, uncomfortable sofa bed, and cleanliness concerns need improvement for a more pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the outdoor tubing hill, the Forge Cinemas, offering the ultimate movie experience, and the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. The hotel's serene atmosphere and comfortable rooms, complete with great beds, made our stay enjoyable. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus, and the full concession stand at the Forge Cinemas was a hit with the kids.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more organized family activities to cater specifically to children's entertainment during the evenings.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel during our trip to Pigeon Forge. We checked out the Laser Gun Coaster and the Power Coaster, and then we hit up the trampoline area where one ticket gave us access to all the cool attractions. Plus, the pool was the perfect spot to chill after all the adventures. It was awesome that we could find so much fun and inexpensive stuff to do around the area.

We wished the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers like us.

Located conveniently near many local attractions, this hotel makes a great base for exploring the area. Within walking distance of Patriot Park and the local trolley, you can easily access all the tourist destinations. The comfortable rooms offer spacious and clean accommodations, with plenty of towels and daily housekeeping. The breakfast served has a great variety of options to choose from and friendly staff.

One minor issue worth noting is the firmness of some beds, which may not suit everyone's sleep preferences.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious suites with kitchenettes and separate living room areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the strip, but not on it, which was perfect for us. The amenities, such as the plates, cups, utensils, and cookware in the kitchenette. We also appreciated the blinds in the suite that blocked out the light at night for a good night's sleep.
