Spacious suite, friendly staff, with a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy and a 24-hour reception that was always welcoming. the location is perfect for exploring the nearby Old Mill General Store, where you can find unique local goodies.

Everything great.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our family meals. However, the breakfast could use healthier options. Daily maid service was a nice surprise that enhanced our stay.

Bathrooms clearly need a deep clean and modernization!!! The pool has inconsistent maintenance and doesn’t always seem clean!!! Also, the parking lot could benefit from some attention to remove debris!!! Let's not even start on the outdated, shabby decor!!!

The pool was a delight, and our spacious suite had loads of room for our family—plenty of space to avoid those lovely sibling squabbles! The quiet atmosphere made lounging a breeze, and we had the pool mostly to ourselves during the day.

Now, if only the towels hadn’t looked like they were auditioning for a horror film! And that bathroom had a tinge of 'vintage' that was more creepy than chic.

Bathrooms could definitely use a thorough scrub!!! Strong odors linger in the rooms, and the pool is often in disarray!!! The decor looks tired and outdated, and the parking lot could use some cleaning!!!

We loved the spacious two-bedroom suite that felt more like an apartment! The kitchenette was a huge plus, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals. Also, the daily breakfast included a great omelette station, which was a hit with everyone in our group.

It was just a smart choice for a quick break in Pigeon Forge with great value for the money. The free WiFi was really good, making it easy to plan our days. Make sure to ask for breakfast early if you want the best selection.

The kids loved the pool, and being able to cook our meals in the kitchen was a lifesaver. Even had some fun family movie nights with 3 TVs around. Only thing was the ice maker didn't work, but we managed. Breakfast was a hit too, with yummy omelets every morning!
