The views from Ala Moana Hotel were amazing! I loved waking up to the bustling city view and watching the gorgeous sunset over the sea from my balcony. The 36th-floor steak and seafood restaurant provided a breathtaking dining experience with panoramic mountain views. Plus, I had a memorable interaction with the friendly staff who helped me navigate the hotel's amenities, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

There was no ice maker on my floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were simply delightful, with elegant touches and comfortable seating areas for us seniors to rest during our outings. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy access to the public bus stops and the nearby shopping center, making it convenient for us to explore the area and shop for souvenirs.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is to have more dining options available within the hotel, ensuring there are more choices for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel's fitness center impressed me with its amenities and clean, modern equipment. It was like having a personal gym at my disposal, allowing me to keep up with my workouts without leaving the comfort of the hotel. The steam room and sauna provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

At my go-to city hotel, I recall the helpful staff addressing technical issues on my first stay. With Free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, spa, and more, it suits me perfectly. I keep returning for a relaxing city break.

The location is convenient at 8 miles from the airport. A parking garage is available for an extra cost. Staff is prompt, helpful, and accommodated requests for extra towels. Skywalk to the mall on the 2nd floor is great for dining options. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.

I had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the convenience of the hotel's location.

I recently stayed at Ala Moana Hotel for 5 nights during my trip to beautiful Hawaii. The hotel's location near the mall was perfect, and I loved the convenience of having the ice machine near my room. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the housekeeper Lynne was phenomenal - always had a smile on her face and did an amazing job cleaning the room and making tight beds. The fast elevator, great pool area, and relaxing huts added to the fantastic experience. The staff outside the door were also very helpful for taxis and buses. a fantastic stay!

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides an ideal conference venue with up to nine meeting rooms and a dedicated conference team to assist with arranging business events. The Hawaii Convention Center is also conveniently located for business affairs and cultural exchange.

I missed having a dedicated business center or workspace with amenities for remote work, which would have been beneficial for my work during the stay.

Our stay at this hotel was worth the money. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a deep and relaxing bathtub. The location was fantastic, right next to the Ala Moana shopping center, giving us easy access to food and drinks. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient, especially Justin at the front desk who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We appreciated his energy and friendly service, as well as his ability to find us a room with a king-size bed. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and we even got a late check-out thanks to Justin's help. it was a great stay with excellent service.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety.

Convenient location with easy access to the Ala Moana Centre for shopping and dining. Close proximity to the conference center, making it a convenient choice. Reasonable price considering the expensive accommodations in Hawaii. The complimentary room upgrade was a nice surprise. The front desk staff went out of their way to assist and were always polite. The valet service was exceptional and the staff made the overall hotel experience even better. Great location with well-equipped rooms and reliable Wi-Fi and A/C.

Lack of Amenities: I was disappointed that the room only had one coffee packet, and there were not enough condiments and toilet paper provided. It would have been great if these items were replenished daily without having to call room service.

This allows guests to easily access a wide variety of shops and stores without having to travel far. the hotel offers a direct accessway to the mall, making it even more convenient for guests who want to do some shopping. The room had a great view of the ocean, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from the comfort of their own room.

The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was conveniently situated right beside one of the best shopping places in the area, the Ala Moana Mall. We loved that we could easily access Waikiki beach and other attractions due to the proximity. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The fitness center had everything we needed and we also enjoyed the Dada café breakfast.

The daily housekeeping could have been better, as there were instances when we did not receive enough towels.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Ala Moana Shopping center and offering views of the city, ocean, and mountains. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. We had no trouble finding parking and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with our oversized truck.
