My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights, including our wedding night. The lobby, made of stunning marble, and the location nestled among palm trees create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The lake views from our 12th-floor room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage. The food was amazing, and the in-house coffee was exceptional. I've stayed at many luxury hotels, including the Burj al Arab in Dubai, but this Ritz was my favorite.

We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, they were professional and kind. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area and a variety of restaurants and shops on site. The location was also great, with easy access to parks through the ticket office in the lobby. The housekeeping team, especially Aesha, did an amazing job keeping our room clean. the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the club level perks and amenities, such as the fitness center/spa, outdoor activities, and the quiet and relaxing pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there was a good variety of restaurants and shops on site. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Orlando and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel had a great restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

The only downside was that there was construction happening during our stay, which made it a bit noisy during the day. Additionally, the shuttle service to the theme parks didn't run at convenient times, causing some inconvenience in our transportation plans.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge TV and balcony. Also, the housekeeping service was impressive, with quick and tasty breakfast in-room delivery.

Additionally, some of the on-site restaurants were not great, although there were plenty of other dining options available. the hotel may need updating in the near future.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely amazing. The beautiful setting and impeccable cleanliness impressed me right from the start. But what truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and catered to my every need. The food at the event I attended was the best I've ever had, and the staff showed genuine happiness in assisting me. I truly appreciated their level of service.

This hotel has a great location, being close enough to the attractions of Orlando but away from the crowds. The hotel has beautiful grounds, complete with walking paths, a wonderful pool and golf course. The suites are spacious and well-maintained with impressive pool service. Guests can enjoy a decent restaurant located in the nearby KW Marriott facility or even visit a farm close by for added activities.

Some guests experienced poor restaurant service, including poorly coordinated courses and over-slow service during their stay.

We loved the beautiful location by the grand lake reserve, especially during bird watching season. The staff were welcoming and pleasant.

I had a lovely stay at this opulent hotel. The pool area was nice with attentive staff, and the free shuttle to theme parks was a bonus. Despite some minor plumbing issues in my room and noise from nearby events, I would recommend this hotel.
