The pool was really nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. , the staff was amazing, they were so friendly and accommodating, it really made me feel at home. And the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

The food was a big disappointment. The quality was low and the taste was not up to par.

The view from our Oceanfront Master Suite was excellent. The staff, including Miguel, Azucena, Francisco, and Manrique. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a clean beach and lovely landscaping. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort and want to highlight the amazing service provided by the staff. From the bartenders Francisco, Manrique, and Vicente who made delicious cocktails, to the friendly Azucena who kept our room spotless, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a huge and beautiful main pool, a kids pool with a water slide, and a well-maintained beach. We also enjoyed the variety of activities offered, from salsa lessons to bike tours. The Preferred Club lounge was a great perk, with access to snacks and premium beverages until 11pm. this hotel provided a clean and convenient location, with everything we needed for a memorable vacation.

The accommodations at the resort were top-notch. the rooms were well-appointed and had plenty of space for our belongings. the staff was also attentive, quickly restocking our fridge and providing extras when requested. Another great aspect was the pool and beach area. We enjoyed the main pool, which had a perfect mix of activity and relaxation. the swim-up bartenders and the ones walking around made delicious drinks with generous pours.

The main issue was the lack of variety in daily activities organized by the entertainment staff. It became repetitive after a few days.

The tropical landscape with evergreen trees, wheat-colored sand, and sparkling azure seas was breathtaking. It felt like stepping into a real-life postcard.

Nothing everything was great.

Room 1206 was quiet, close to everything, and had awesome air conditioning. the bed was more comfortable than our own, and we've been to Mexico 12 times! the staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the posted taxi fares. the hotel also arranged affordable airport pickup. the spa massage was great, and the lemogras and paramour scents were delicious. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel infrastructure with pools is very nice, a big plus for slides for kids. The food in the specialty restaurants is exceptionally good, as is the morning breakfast buffet. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well-tended and the rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The staff truly goes above and beyond, providing great customer service throughout. The spa is very nice, although it can be expensive. The preferred lounge is a great place to relax and enjoy delicious snacks. The online app for activities and general details is helpful. Lots of activities by the pool, with music making it lively and enjoyable for all. The resort is right on the ocean, perfect for those who don't plan on leaving the resort. The food is the best all-inclusive experience I've ever had. The property size is perfect, requiring some walking but not needing a golf cart to get places. The spa is very nice, offering amazing massages. The resort is kid-friendly, with water slides that are a lot of fun for kids and adults.
