The value for money at the hotel was great, especially with the free upgrade to a suite. The room was beyond our expectations, with a beautiful and clean design, and the staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.

Great service towards my dog, they provided a special menu and a doggy bed. In-room amenities were luxurious, although I preferred the amenities at another location. - the staff was well-trained and provided personalized service.

The pull-over sofa was a bit old and could use an update. The hotel is due for a renovation soon.

The house car was readily available and very nice for those traveling by car. The hotel accommodated my son's strict gluten-free diet with safely prepared meals.

Our stay was made even more memorable by the warm hospitality of Esther during a top-notch pedicure and Irene at the front desk, who was a delight to interact with. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

We had a blast at the karaoke nights and enjoyed the casino games available. Great entertainment options for people like us who love karaoke and casinos.
