This hotel is super convenient for anyone who loves to explore the city on foot, with exciting attractions like the Grand Ole Opry just over 6 km away and Two Rivers Park only about 4 km from the front door, plus there's easy access to eateries and shops, like Latitude 36 Kitchen & Bar located just a short walk away! The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the friendly staff adds to the overall pleasant experience, but the hotel is in the middle of remodeling, which means you have to use a back entrance at the moment.

The bathroom design was awkward, making access challenging. Staff interactions varied; while most were friendly, there were a few less-than-welcoming experiences. we faced significant issues with water availability during our stay. I appreciate the effort to improve but hope for a smoother experience next time. Will consider future bookings based on this.
