The hotel's concierge, Daniel, was extremely helpful in assisting with our transportation needs and providing recommendations for local attractions. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city and make the most of our stay. The staff, in general, were kind, friendly, and professional, enhancing our overall experience. The bistro/bar near the hotel offered high-quality dining options, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

The champagne and strawberries in the room were a nice touch and the maid service was great. The hotel is in a prime location: easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. The bar/lounge staff were friendly and attentive.

The reception manager Amanda was inhospitable and unwilling to assist with my request for a late check-out, while my friend received a 1pm check-out. Her dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service skills cast a negative shadow on my experience at this hotel. A disappointing end to a business trip.

The indoor swimming pool is a perfect place to relax, while the leisure/TV room is ideal for entertainment. The room advantages include a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The restaurant, with its in-room breakfast option, offers special diet menus. The bar/lounge area is perfect for a drink.
