We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, as well as the convenient parking and transportation options. The location in the "tower" provided stunning views and easy access to Amtrak and SAP Center. Additionally, we enjoyed the abundance of dining and shopping options just outside the hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the convenient location of Signia By Hilton. The hotel provided excellent facilities and amenities, including a well-equipped business center and spacious meeting rooms. The complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy for us to stay connected and productive during our stay. The on-site fitness center was also a nice perk, allowing us to maintain our exercise routine. The staff was attentive to our needs and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We definitely felt like valued guests.

Great walkability, with plenty of nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment options. Spacious rooms and well-equipped gym. Easy valet parking with friendly staff. Lovely decorations and peaceful atmosphere. Friendly and attentive housekeeping staff.

The beds were incredibly comfortable with clean linens. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, and was immaculate. The room was conveniently located near the elevator, yet soundproof. a great experience!

The breakfast at the hotel's Fountain restaurant was terrific - loved the Superfood Breakfast option! The rooms were nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. The customer service was friendly and helpful, especially for a widow traveling with children. The hotel's location was convenient to city attractions.

The morning meal could be improved with a larger breakfast room.

We loved the delicious huevos rancheros for breakfast and the convenient separate makeup area outside of the bathroom. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of several good restaurants and the SAP Center. The valet staff was friendly and efficient. The pool had a wait staff for drinks and food, and they even provided inner tubes for floats. The food at the pool and in the Fountain Restaurant was wonderful. The recently renovated room in the South Tower was lovely, with a quiet AC and a large bathroom with a separate shower stall.

When there was an issue with my room's air conditioning during a hot week, the staff promptly tried to rectify the situation, although there were a few setbacks. However, the hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and made everything right. I felt genuinely taken care of and appreciated the excellent leadership and customer service provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for its commitment to guest satisfaction and exceptional hospitality.

All was good. The only suggestion we have is for the hotel to provide bubble bath supplies for the bathtub. Other than that, we had no complaints about our stay.

We had an amazing stay here in the heart of the city, where everything was within reach. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, equipped with everything we need including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe and patio were definitely a plus. We love the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV with cable channels. The breakfast and snack bar were tasty, and the staff was very attentive to our needs.
