The service was outstanding, from Ernesto at Tequila to Roger by the pool, always ready with a smile. Clean beach, comfy loungers, and great food kept us happily occupied.

During our stay, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room upon check-in. It was dusty, with a strange smell, making me wonder if it had been cleaned at all. Additionally, we faced problems with the jacuzzi, as it emitted yellow particles, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. It took hours to resolve these issues, and even after moving to a new room, we encountered a malfunctioning toilet flush. Overall, these experiences overshadowed the positives of our trip.

The hotel staff was consistently attentive, frequently checking on us for drinks and snacks while we enjoyed the beach.

We experienced long wait times for dinner reservations, with inadequate communication on why those who arrived later were seated before us.

I had a fantastic time at Beach Palace! The food was one of the highlights of my stay. especially at the buffet where I enjoyed a variety of delicious vegetarian options tailored to my liking. The resort staff were incredible, particularly Andres, Myrna, and Daniel who made meal recommendations that turned out to be the best. The beach view and pleasant activities made my first all-inclusive vacation truly memorable.

The rooms could use some renovations.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! The place is equipped with the latest in gaming tech, and my kids enjoyed the indoor playground. We dined at various restaurants, including Italian and Mediterranean, which were all delicious. The nightly shows and daily activities kept us entertained. Don’t forget to try the thrilling stand-up paddleboarding!

However, we had a snag when it came to food options at the buffet. While they had some variety, more choices would have been great for an all-inclusive stay. Also, I would have appreciated more flexibility with reservations.

Had an amazing time at this gem where staff treated us like family! Especially loved Rayli at the pool, he remembered our names every day and went above and beyond to make us happy, even when we visited other places during the day! We bonded with the entertainment staff who kept our spirits high with fun activities by the pool. The rooftop bar? Breathtaking views that made every sunset feel special! !
