We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was easily accessible from the highway, making it a quick 30-minute drive from the airport. The room was perfect - spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond for us, setting up the crib for my daughter and providing excellent service. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant with delicious food, and the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. this place was worth the money and we were impressed with the professional and inviting atmosphere.

The staff could be a bit slow at times, as they sometimes seemed caught up in personal conversations while checking guests in. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Southfield for a business trip. The towels were fantastic - just the right size and felt amazing against my skin. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room size was perfect, not cramped at all. The hot water and the large rainfall shower head were very relaxing. And I absolutely loved the Starbucks coffee in the room!

During our brief stay, we enjoyed the convenient location near everything in Southfield that we needed. The room was spacious, cozy and had all the necessary amenities including a comfortable Westin Heavenly bed and a sizeable TV. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's interior was well-maintained and clean.

The restaurant|bar here had poor service as we waited 30 minutes to place our order, and it was not clear who our servers were.

Beautiful hotel with a tall lobby, lots of glass, and windows overlooking the city. The lobby was clean and offered driving services to different locations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a comfy bed. The hotel had a well-equipped workout facility with lots of machines, TVs, and a water machine. The staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming.

The mini fridge in the room didn't keep things cold, but they brought us a new one that did. The restaurant/bar had poor service, with long wait times for taking orders and checking out.
