Cathy recommended an amazing romantic restaurant nearby and even customized our breakfast to accommodate our food preferences. The place was clean and well-stocked, with high-quality amenities. We loved the kitchen facilities and the beautiful decor. We will definitely be coming back thanks to Cathy and the other staff members who made our stay so memorable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated near public transportation, making it easy for me to get around the city. the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and filled me up for the busy day ahead. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay.

The parking situation at the hotel was quite limited. It was a challenge to find a spot for my car, especially during peak hours.

The courtyard and upper deck were picturesque spots for breakfast and tea. The kitchen had various options and a fridge for a home-like experience. The large walk-in shower and complimentary water in the room were convenient. The location offered easy access to Fullerton Station and was next to DePaul University.

The room was clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast options were delicious, and Mrs. Cathy accommodated our dietary preferences. The Euro Room I stayed in was cozy and quiet, and the adjacent bathroom felt luxurious. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was just a short walk from DePaul University where my daughter was auditioning. The decor and ambiance of the hotel truly made me feel like I was in a Tuscan villa in the heart of the city. The interactions I had with other guests were lovely, and I was especially impressed by Cathy's personal interest in making our stay memorable. Completely fell in love with this place! Loved the chocolate chip cookies and the homemade breakfast, which made my experience more enjoyable, even though we had to pay extra for those. the location was perfect, with tons of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as public transportation nearby. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and easy to use.

The room was a huge disappointment. It looked outdated and not very clean, with furniture that was old and worn.

I had an amazing experience at this charming B&B. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room I stayed in was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit and panini fixings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, especially Don and Brooke who took great care of me. Despite a small check-in issue, the staff handled the situation well and even offered me a free night in the suite I originally booked. I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Villa D' Citta for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The check, in process was a mess, with our room not being ready for several hours past the advertised check, in time. the lack of proper acknowledgment or attempt to make up for the inconvenience was disappointing.
