Couldn't stay longer.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always available for any questions or requests I had. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. the location was also great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, I had a great night's sleep!

One minor annoyance was the lack of a dresser in the room, I would have liked to have a place to unpack my clothes. Additionally, there was no restaurant in the hotel, but thankfully there were plenty of dining options just across the street.

The bed was nice and fluffy like sleeping on a cloud. The newness of the hotel gave it a clean and modern feel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. I would recommend staying at Aloft Louisville East.

This was our first visit to Aloft and we were pleasantly surprised. Our 4-year-old daughter was in awe of the property, constantly exclaiming how awesome it was. We arrived late, but still had time to enjoy the heated pool, which was all ours. The room exceeded our expectations, with ample space and a spacious bathroom, ideal for our wheelchair. The modern decor and pleasant scent added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we can't wait to stay at Aloft again.

I was blown away by the value for money at this hotel. Everything, from the modern and updated atmosphere to the helpful and friendly staff, made me feel like I was staying at a much higher-priced establishment. The hotel's location next to the interstate and close to downtown was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and featured a tub, which was a nice touch for a relaxing stay.

There was only one slight drawback during my stay - the hotel could improve by dialing back on the strong air freshener throughout the building. But other than that, everything was ok.

The facility lacks informational pamphlets. The staff was outstanding, giving a pillow and bowls to the dog. The room matched the picture and didn't smell like a dog. The staff was attentive and remembered our names. The common area was busy but not too loud. The location is convenient, with a mall and dining options nearby. The parking was easy, and the shower had great water pressure.

We had a spacious room with a massive bathroom that catered to our needs. The breakfast menu had plenty of healthful options to choose from, and there was a full service-bar with entertainment in the lounge area on weekends. We enjoyed the heated pool and the easy-to-find location next to the interstate.

We missed the hours for the hotel bar on Saturday night, and the elevator floor needed to be swept.
