Our family of 7 had a fantastic stay! We enjoyed beach volleyball and the amazing views of the Caribbean, which made for unforgettable memories. The staff consistently kept our drinks full by the pool, and the kids loved the activities around the resort.

My kids wished for more snacks at the poolside.

Fantastic beach access and great kids club. Room upgrades were nice, but check-in was slow.

The beach view from my room was insane! Buzzing atmosphere, and the bar was solid with quick service. Had ag lekker brekkie at La Veranda—those omelettes are on point! The staff were super friendly, like chommies checking in on us regularly. A definite highlight was releasing baby turtles – so special!

Just a bit of a hiccup when we checked in. they took a while, pero didn't stress too much about it.

Great spot with a private beach and attentive staff. Kids loved the game room! Check-in was slow.

Beach vibes & family fun!

Had a fab time at this family-friendly spot! The swimming pool was super chill, perfect for lounging. The wait staff were always on the ball, especially at the snack bar, serving up tasty treats by the pool. I wished the check-in process was a bit smoother, but the beach views totally made up for it!

Enjoyed the beautiful beachfront view from my room and the delicious made-to-order breakfast, especially the omelettes. The staff made us feel welcomed, always checking on us. However, I found the poolside service could be improved, as drinks sometimes took too long to arrive.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The all-inclusive experience was perfect, allowing our family of five to enjoy delicious food and drinks without a worry. I loved our breathtaking view of the ocean from the Deluxe Two Bedroom Master Suite balcony, and the 4th of July festivities were spectacular!

The views were to die for! Those sunsets on the beach? Flippen spectacular! Also, the pool area was super chill, which made it a perfect spot for sundowners with my mates. The staff were friendly and made our stay lekker, always keen to help us out with anything we needed.

One thing is the food could’ve had a bit more variety. it got a bit boring after a while. But overall, we had a good time!

The views and beach are breathtaking! The staff knew us by name and were incredibly friendly, especially our concierge and bar attendants. The massive pool never felt crowded, and the quick service paired with delicious food made for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely return to recreate those wonderful moments!

The beach vibes were perfect, and we loved spending time at the billiard hall. If you’re into golf, check out Cancun Golf Club and Puerto Cancun Golf Course. The wait staff was awesome, especially by the pool!

One downside was the distance to town. Although the bus was only $1, it might be a hassle for others wanting to go out more frequently. A better variety at breakfast would be nice too since it got repetitive after a few days.
