The location was perfect for easy access to the highway. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was nice and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and there was a convenient desk set-up. Staff was quick and friendly, ensuring my requests were taken care of. The bathroom and room were clean with white linen. Early check-in was available.

Jakobi, the front desk person, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and ensure all my needs were taken care of. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, but this hotel truly delivered.

The snack pantry was convenient for buying drinks and snacks, and being able to charge it to the room made it quick and easy. We didn't need to leave the hotel for anything, which was nice.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, and despite the noisy heater, I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and I loved the bar and restaurant. The staff there were patient and friendly, and the pool access was a nice bonus. It was also helpful to be informed about the holding deposit. it was an 8/10 experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our group of friends had a great stay with comfortable beds, a full-sized microwave, and a real mini-fridge in the room. The breakfast included was tasty, with a good variety of options. The front desk staff was pleasant and check-in was quick.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make my experience great. They quickly moved me to a new room when the air conditioning wasn't working in the original one. The restaurant was also excellent, with a friendly staff. The room itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfy. I had a great night of sleep, feeling just like I was at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, not far from the soccer fields and in the Richmond area.
