The spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay for our group of 10, despite the need for updates and deeper cleaning. The location was convenient, but we encountered some issues with cleanliness and discomfort in the waterpark area. Although the experience had its flaws, we appreciated the friendly service at the Moose and Maple restaurant and enjoyed the amenities available.

The 35-foot-high slides were crazy fun and we had a blast. , Trader Jack's had everything - from snacks like Krispy Kreme donuts to cool Timber Ridge apparel. Plus, there were so many activities at the Adventure Center, like scooters and archery, it was epic!

The only thing we would've loved is if there were more late-night activities for young folks like us.

The kids loved the variety of gifts at Trader Jack's, and we found Timber Ridge apparel for the whole family. The Krispy Kreme donuts and novelty ice cream were a hit, and we also enjoyed the access to top Wisconsin golf courses and the Adventure Center with archery, hiking, and biking.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was fantastic. The location was perfect and the staff treated us incredibly well.

Our stay at Timber Ridge Lodge And Waterpark was a fantastic experience. The activities provided were perfect for our kids, who had a blast on the slides and enjoyed the outdoor pools. The view of the grazing horses was a lovely touch. The grounds and landscaping were well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the blonde lady in the gift shop, Trader Jacks, was amazing with our kids and went above and beyond to make their shopping experience special. Her kind gestures, like offering us a cup of coffee, truly made a difference.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room we were assigned had cleanliness issues, with a strong smell of urine upon entry and visible mold in the bathroom.

Convenient room billing, enjoyable arcade for kids, and great pool for families. Plenty of water activities at the water park, suitable for all ages. Good size rooms and a pleasant stay overall. Will definitely consider exploring more options next time.

We recently stayed at Timber Ridge for a fun family getaway. The spacious suite with the in-suite kitchen was perfect for our needs and helped us save on dining out. The bathroom was also spacious and the DVD player and input box for the TV were a great addition. The water park area was fantastic, with attentive lifeguards who constantly patrolled their area. The on-site arcade and gift shop, which even sold basic grocery items, were convenient amenities. The staff was friendly and kept everything in order. I would recommend adding a small convenience mart with prepackaged meals and snacks.

Our family had a blast at the waterpark and arcade during our weekend stay. The kids, aged 6 and 8, had a great time on the slides and in the hot tub for kids over 6. The 2 bedroom loft room was spacious and had a fantastic whirlpool bathtub. The lifeguard staff was attentive, making us feel comfortable letting the kids play independently. The room was clean and the kitchen allowed us to bring our own food, making our weekend more affordable. a fun and convenient experience.

The adjustable shower heads and cozy fireplace were a nice touch. The gift shoppe had unique items and the arcade had high-quality prizes for less tickets. The property had lots of activities and dining choices, including a Starbucks with delicious pastries and wraps. The staff was attentive and friendly, showing a genuine care for safety and enjoyment. We had a great time and plan to return.
