The location is serene, tucked away from city noise, making it a peaceful getaway. The indoor waterpark kept my kids entertained for hours, and I appreciated the attentive lifeguards ensuring their safety. Our suite was spacious, equipped with a full kitchen and a cozy fireplace, which added a nice touch during the chilly weekend.

The dining options on-site were limited and could use improvement.

The waterpark is quite fun! Lifeguards were attentive, ensuring safety while the water felt clean, making it a delightful family experience.

The beds were uncomfortably firm. Plus, the kitchen was lacking necessary items for cooking, which dampened our stay.

Rooms were spacious with a full-size fridge and stovetop. Quick access to our cars. The lazy river was a hit, especially when it wasn’t packed!

However, the table needed some serious tightening, and I wasn't exactly thrilled with the chilly lazy river experience—my teeth were chattering!

we asked for an ironing board but never recieved one—such a basic request! surprisingly, no complimentary upgrades for our completely underwhelming stay. the place felt chaotic, and it was a miracle we survived without a spa treatment or basic comfort, but I just couldn’t recommend it.

the restaurant opened earlier in the morning. Families were waiting for breakfast, and the dining options could be better. It was a great getaway overall!

Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Moldy pool walls, overcrowded water park experiences, and outdated decor make for a less than pleasant stay. High resort fees for limited onsite services are disappointing, and some staff appear poorly informed!!!

timber ridge lodge and waterpark is a great spot for families! our one-bedroom suite was spacious and very clean. the location is super convenient, just a short walk to a small convenience mart with snacks and meals. the attentive service from the staff made our stay comfortable. my kids loved the water park, and the setup was perfect for young ones.

the waterpark was freezing, so it was a delight when my kids preferred shivering over fun. also, i stayed in a suite that was in dire need of maintenance, with broken tiles and stained linens. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade for enduring that inconvenience, but i guess asking for basic comfort is too much. just couldn’t recommend it.

the indoor water park was a hit with the kids, very clean and lots of activities. the restaurant offered a wonderful breakfast and the staff at the pool were super friendly and helpful.

Although the pools were crowded and needed better maintenance, the attentive lifeguards ensured a safe experience for the kids.
