My room assignment was perfect, and the clerk took into account that I walk with a cane. The staff was very friendly and outgoing, and they provided extra touches like lemon water, apples, and coffee in the morning. The breakfast selection was extensive, with pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal. The hotel was also quiet and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and nice extra touches.

I gotta say, the value for the money at this hotel was great. The beds were unbelievably cozy, like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, having a mini fridge and a Kuerig coffee maker in the room was a nice bonus. The location was super convenient and the staff were so helpful and courteous.

Honestly, the only thing that could've made the breakfast better was if they had some vegan options. A little variety in the hot dishes would've been nice too.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sonoma County and I had a really great experience. the location was fantastic as it was close to downtown and offered easy access to Highway 101. This made getting around and exploring the area a breeze. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a coffee maker, balcony, microwave, and fridge. Plus, there was even a pull-out sofa for my kid. It was great to have everything I needed right there in my room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was quiet and had a great view. The parking spaces were spacious enough for us to easily get in and out of the car with our baby. The hotel had an open-air concept, which made us feel comfortable and not cramped. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved that there were cold water and apples available next to the elevator. It was also very affordable for visiting the wine country and nearby places like Healdsburg and the Russian River.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express were absolutely wonderful! They were welcoming, accommodating, and made sure all of our needs were met. We had to make adjustments to our stay and they were so helpful in making it happen. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast provided a lot of options and there were several healthy choices available. The room was extremely clean and the patio was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was free, and the TV was a nice size. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Windsor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get on and off the highway. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. We appreciated having amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was a nice bonus.

This hotel's location is a plus, with easy access to the highway and to a Cuban restaurant and other eateries nearby. Furthermore, the room was kept very clean, the fruit bowls at breakfast were a nice touch, and the large private patio provided a great view of the sunset.

Our request for a top floor room was not accommodated, and we were placed near a construction site, causing a bit of noise during our stay. Additionally, there was some disturbance from noisy neighbors in the early morning, which disrupted our sleep.
