This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location in the Iowa Great Lakes area. It is conveniently located near Arnold's Park, and is close to the golf course we were playing at. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, basic, and had a balcony with the same size bed as the standard room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was much better than expected with lots of healthy options to choose from.

This hotel was in a great location, close to the popular Arnolds park and the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price considering the highly populated area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that was also well maintained. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, assisting us with any requests we had. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfactory, with a variety of choices to start our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel facilities and appreciated the on-site amenities.

We did have some issues with getting a response from the staff during a winter storm. Though they were friendly, they didn't seem to want to go above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our family gathering in the lakes. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive. The hotel had great amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and even a sauna. The location was excellent, situated in the Iowa Great Lakes area which provided beautiful views of the golf course from our balcony. The staff, particularly Jessica at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us with any needs we had, including printing documents for a court case. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was attentive in replenishing the items regularly.

Hard to think of anything negative - everything exceeded our expectations.

It was far enough from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to town. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating staff, who ensured our needs were met.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast area was overcrowded and items were not refilled promptly, forcing us to eat in our room.

The bathroom was wheelchair accessible, as requested, and the sheets were incredibly soft. The free wifi and delicious breakfast were definite highlights. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
