It was all superb.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location in the Iowa Great Lakes area. It is conveniently located near Arnold's Park, and is close to the golf course we were playing at. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, basic, and had a balcony with the same size bed as the standard room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was much better than expected with lots of healthy options to choose from.

No improvements needed, our stay was great!

This hotel was in a great location, close to the popular Arnolds park and the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price considering the highly populated area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that was also well maintained. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, assisting us with any requests we had. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfactory, with a variety of choices to start our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel facilities and appreciated the on-site amenities.

We did have some issues with getting a response from the staff during a winter storm. Though they were friendly, they didn't seem to want to go above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

The staff, particularly Jessica at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us with any needs we had, including printing documents for a court case. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was attentive in replenishing the items regularly.

The staff at Americinn were fantastic! They were incredibly accommodating and didn't mind our large group of energetic kids. The breakfast was great and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was a blast, and they even threw a last-minute birthday party for us. The price was reasonable and we will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for Easter weekend and it was fantastic! Complementary breakfast and parking were a plus. Very close to restaurants and shops, so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the town. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

There was no fitness center on site, which was a bummer. there were no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.
