The location of the hotel was great, close to all the events and attractions. We were in the middle of everything, which made it convenient for exploring. the staff was also nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

The bed was not comfortable at all. the pillows were small and very uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We had a great experience at Arbor Inn! The room we stayed in, room 303, was located in the back end of the hotel and was very quiet. We didn't have to worry about any noise disturbing our sleep. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the tourist areas. We felt safe walking around at night as well. The owner of the hotel was friendly and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Arbor Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was beautiful with high vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. the location was great, allowing for quick trips to downtown Monterey and Pacific Grove.

The carpets in the room were dirty and made me not want to walk barefoot on them. the noise from passing vehicles was disruptive, even with light footsteps.

We did have a small issue with parking, as the spaces were limited and a bit tight for our larger vehicle. However, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. I would recommend this hotel for a basic and comfortable stay.

As avid bike riders, we really appreciated the bike-friendly facilities at this hotel. It made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable!
