Super cute little cottages

These tiny homes are adorable! I got all the kitchen stuff I needed and even had a fridge and microwave. Super convenient parking right in front, and the manager was really nice. Plus, I had a lot of space for my service dog. The floorboards creaked a bit, though, which was kinda annoying.

My recent stay at Arden Acres in Sacramento was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the unit I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. I felt right at home during my stay, as the cottage had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The seclusion of the community provided a peaceful atmosphere, and I enjoyed the privacy it offered. The property manager, Vicki, was extremely kind and accommodating throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at Arden Acres and would definitely love to stay there again.

Arden Acres was a great value for the money, with well-stocked kitchen utensils and clean cottages that felt like home. There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Sacramento for 4 nights. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The house was fully furnished, the WiFi options were great, and the gated community provided a sense of safety. I loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and impeccably clean. The gorgeous patio in front of the house was a wonderful bonus. Vicky, the property manager, was incredibly sweet and always available to help. it was a great place to stay and truly felt like a perfect home away from home.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I got excellent value for my money. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. I loved having a kitchenette in the room, it made my stay feel even more comfortable. Plus, the queen size bed was so cozy, I slept like a baby! The location in a light industrial use area gave it a unique and charming vibe.

The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, dining table. Additionally, the staff provided great customer service, making arrangements for us to arrive later than normal check-in time without any issue. I was also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the room and the hotel's laundry service.
