The historic charm of Millennium Knickerbocker is hard to

ignore, especially with attentive staff and a great breakfast experience. The vintage decor adds character, but I found the fitness center lacking equipment. The Martini Bar was a pleasant spot for drinks, even if it could be busier during the evening.

The room was clean and had the basics of a

comfortable stay, which I appreciated. However, some hotel features like the elevators felt outdated. Despite this, I loved the vibrant atmosphere of the lobby and the proximity to shopping and attractions. Overall, it's a decent choice for exploring Chicago!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the lobby's vintage decor and the soothing piano notes set a nostalgic tone. The staff were always accommodating, especially during breakfast. they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

However, my room had some quirks. The AC struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep. I expected a bit more for the price.

the elevators were like coffin-sized boxes, utterly claustrophobic. I also had to stumble through a bizarre bathroom design, I mean, how insane is that? On top of that, expecting a complimentary gesture for my inconveniences was clearly too much to ask. I almost left a good review, but really, I just couldn't.

Great location right on the Magnificent Mile! The King standard room was charming, featuring a comfy bed and an impressive spa-like shower. The staff was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues we had. I particularly loved how quiet the hotel felt amidst the bustling downtown. I'd definitely return!

Make sure to check out the live music events at the Martini Bar. they add a wonderful atmosphere and are a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel, and being just three minutes away from the 360 Chicago observation deck was a treat for the whole family!
