The evening theme nights at the restaurant brought a vibrant atmosphere, while the stunning ocean views from the fifth-floor pool provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. However, housekeeping missed cleaning on our second day.

I absolutely love the beachfront location and the breathtaking ocean views from my room! The staff members are incredibly attentive. for instance, one agent helped me choose the perfect breakfast item during a busy high season. The pool area is stunning and offers a fantastic vibe for both relaxation and socializing.

The oceanfront views from my room were breathtaking, and the pool area offered a peaceful retreat above the street chaos. Plus, the spa facilities were quite impressive!

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing. I noticed dust in various places, and the glassware was not properly sanitized, still showing signs of use from previous guests.

I struggeled to understand how a so-called 'luxury' hotel can charge extra for late check-out and yet still knock on my door at 9:30 AM asking when I'm leaving, very unnacceptable, this is not how a five-star establishment should treat its guests, and don't even get me started on the missing room service—seriously, who uses Door Dash at a hotel?

The beachfront location is a gem! I loved my spacious King Studio with Ocean View. it was beyond comfortable. The friendly staff went above and beyond during my stay. Just a heads up, be mindful of unexpected resort fees that can add up quickly! Dining at the on-site restaurant was good, making the visit worthwhile.

The location was perfect for access to the beach. The kitchenette in my room made it convenient for dining in, and one staff member offered exceptional service at the Sky Bar.

An unexpected $35 resort fee added to my stay, and the pool area felt cramped with insufficient umbrellas, making it less enjoyable on busy sunny days.

Had an unforgettable stay! ! The staff treated us like family, especially Jacqueline, who made sure we had the perfect room for our anniversary and even surprised us with a sweet complimentary gift! The restaurant was fantastic too. that turkey club sandwich was just out of this world!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience and the location, it was still worth it.
