It made me feel like I was in a fairytale. , the hotel's general areas were easily accessible for seniors like me, with spacious seating and well-lit walkways. The close proximity to the subway station was especially convenient, allowing easy exploration of the city without the need for long walks.

I would have appreciated more visible signage or assistance from the staff's younger members to aid seniors in navigating the hotel's amenities or finding elevators.

The room at The Colonnade Hotel was very spacious and modern. The location in Back Bay was ideal for my business travel, with easy access to the financial district and other attractions.

The bathrooms were very small and lacked space for hanging things. the tea/coffee maker was too small, and the water never got hot enough.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. there was no ice bucket in the room, and it took more than 4 hours for someone to bring it.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location of this place in a very nice area within Back Bay makes it easy to explore and the subway stop right outside is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we could have possibly needed including a sitting area and in-room safe.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a good area.

My coworkers and I had a great stay at The Colonnade. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the local shops and restaurants in the Back Bay area, such as the Prudential Center and Newbury Street. The rooftop pool was a nice feature, although we found the cabana rental to be a bit pricey. Nonetheless, the lounge chairs were comfortable and the food at the hotel was delicious. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay.

I absolutely adored the state-of-the-art gym at The Colonnade Hotel, because who doesn't want to look fabulous while on vacation?

We stayed at The Colonnade for leisure and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal, right by the Prudential Centre and its train station. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and it's easy to explore the city from here. The room was bright and clean with floor to ceiling windows that could be opened. It was a great size and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous. This hotel will always be our first choice in Boston.
