We had a fantastic stay in this city hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beautiful parks, Newbury St, and Fenway Park. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location of this place in a very nice area within Back Bay makes it easy to explore and the subway stop right outside is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we could have possibly needed including a sitting area and in-room safe. The poolside snack bar and rooftop pool were lovely and relaxing during the day, while becoming more lively in the evening with great staff. The dining options at the restaurant were also fantastic. We were also impressed with the fitness studio and spa facilities. The laundry and room service were all exceptional, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel provided useful services such as tours/ticket assistance, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. we had a fantastic stay with excellent service and facilities.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a good area.

My coworkers and I had a great stay at The Colonnade. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the local shops and restaurants in the Back Bay area, such as the Prudential Center and Newbury Street. The rooftop pool was a nice feature, although we found the cabana rental to be a bit pricey. Nonetheless, the lounge chairs were comfortable and the food at the hotel was delicious. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay.

We stayed at The Colonnade for leisure and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal, right by the Prudential Centre and its train station. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and it's easy to explore the city from here. The room was bright and clean with floor to ceiling windows that could be opened. It was a great size and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous. This hotel will always be our first choice in Boston.

The hotel even arranged a special birthday surprise for my daughter, which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was excellent and the lobby was a beautifully furnished space to relax. I would definitely recommend The Colonnade to friends and family.
