The hotel is located in a great area with many options for dining and shopping. The hotel is right across the street from a grocery store. The hotel is close to all Brickell activity and still near everything. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room is well equipped.

Great outdoor swim pool, comfortable and modern hotel on the outskirts of downtown. Attractive and safe neighborhood. Gym and rooftop pool are excellent. Easy access to South Beach and Key Biscayne.

Felt like relaxing at home, nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel had a modern and clean design that made us feel right at home. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the variety of menu items at the bar, especially the delicious soup and salad options. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing us with all the amenities we needed. a fabulous and refreshing stay.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor downsides. Firstly, the hotel's location wasn't ideal as it was a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the parking situation was limited, and we were forced to valet which was a bit of an inconvenience. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

Stayed at Novotel for a few nights and had a great time exploring the downtown restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool, although small, had enough seating for everyone and a lovely atmosphere with a DJ on Saturday afternoons. The breakfast was nice and they even let us take a takeaway box. The service was efficient and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. a perfect location and great value for money.
