We were very happy with our stay here. Right on the beach, it's easy to relax and unwind. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent customer service. Our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The spa centre was a lovely bonus, offering a variety of beauty treatments, massages, and yoga classes. The facilities were great for families too, with a children's pool, play area, and menu.

I recently stayed at Pelican Grand Beach Resort for a family vacation. Our oceanfront suite on the 10th floor had breathtaking views and plenty of space. The entire property was meticulously maintained and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the convenience of on-site dining and the beach umbrellas and chairs included in our package. The pool, although small, was never overcrowded. Special mention goes to the incredible food at the pool, especially the salmon sandwich.

During my recent stay at Pelican Grand Beach Resort, I had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond in every way, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room itself was clean, fresh, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The beach, pool, and lazy river were all beautifully maintained and provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. the staff was amazing, especially the wait and beach/pool staff. Super friendly and always helpful.

The staffing for food service was problematic, with only one person at the pool and beach. the front desk staff was not helpful or kind when it came to payment arrangements.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is simply amazing, with the hotel right on the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay, from the friendly and attentive service to the delicious food at the hotel restaurants. We were so spoiled with the beach service, with umbrellas and chairs provided. We also enjoyed the lazy river and the spacious rooms. the comfort and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a second smart TV, fridge, and cozy furniture. The big chair even made up into a second bed, which was perfect for our group. The location was superb, with stunning ocean views right from our balcony. We enjoyed being right on the beach and taking advantage of the convenient beach access. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the easy beach access, delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the wonderful staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was a nice size. The location, just steps away from the main road, felt like a little oasis. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The staff, like Brian by the pool and Joana the server, were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's needs were met.

This was my second stay at this wonderful oceanfront property. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Brian Brown and Ronnie at the bar provided excellent service. The food was excellent, and the views are great. The pool and lazy river were a hit with my 6-year-old. I will definitely be back for another stay!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location, right on the beach, is excellent. The room, on the 8th floor, had a gorgeous view with big windows and a balcony over the swimming pool. The suite was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. Car parking valet service was also nice.

This hotel has an excellent location by the beach, with breathtaking views and great pool and beach access. The room size is spacious with beautiful ocean views, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food with an attentive and friendly staff. Although the hotel is not located near any shopping or restaurants, it is perfect for those looking to relax in a quiet, beachfront area.

Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par. The tipping culture in the US can be confusing and expensive for international travelers.

My son and I had a great time during our two-day stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. The sea view and pool area were stunning, and the rooms were nicely designed and spacious. I especially loved the double king beachfront room, which had a separate living room area where I could work. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I had the best sleep of my life. The location of the hotel was also excellent, and the mahi tacos were delicious. But my favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.
