Loved the harbor views and the comfy beds. Rooms are nice and spacious, plus the water taxi to the city was a cool touch, even if it was a bit pricey. Staff members like Chris and the concierge were super helpful. Just wish the air con wasn’t so loud and it was easier to grab a taxi from the hotel.

A special mention for outstanding service: Zack, Carley, Carlos & Guiseppe. The outdoor patio is a bonus - spectacular view of the Boston skyline. We will be back soon. I absolutely adored the warm and cozy ambiance of the hotel's decoration, with its earthy tones of brown, cream, and black. The general areas were beautifully designed and had plenty of comfortable seating, making it easy for us seniors to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the stunning views of Boston. The accessibility for us older folks was impressive, with well-maintained walkways and elevators that made getting around the hotel a breeze.

I'd only ask for better vacationing experience for senior people by having the children of the staff be a bit more attentive to the individual needs of elderly guests.
