I recently stayed at Club Quarters in Houston for a weekend getaway. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had great amenities. Despite it being Valentine's Day weekend, the rate was fantastic. Brian B at the front desk even surprised us with a room upgrade, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The hotel's location near East Downtown and Midtown made it convenient for exploring bars and restaurants. I also loved the fact that they had refillable filtered cold water available in the hallway, a unique feature I haven't seen at other hotels. a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to others.

We loved this place! The location was so convenient, right near the red metro line and in a great area of downtown. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a special request, depending on which staff member we spoke to. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a microwave.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with friendly staff and all facilities you need. It's located in a prime spot downtown, just a short walk from the convention center and all the attractions. Plus, the complimentary beverages and gym access are a nice touch.

The lobby at this hotel is great for bigger groups, with snacks, coffee, sodas, and a happy hour. There's also a small restaurant with a good selection. Each floor has a purified water bottle station and the facilities are modern. The bed is like a cloud and the AC and massage-style shower head are excellent.

We loved the beautiful architecture and sitting area of the hotel. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. The hotel had excellent valet service and a responsive front desk staff. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to downtown Houston and the metro rail.

This hotel has a convenient location that is easy to access downtown and several good restaurants. Its proximity to Minute Maid Park is a great bonus. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is courteous and attentive to guests' needs. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby.

The hotel could improve its valet service to better ensure the safety of guests' vehicles.

Great location near restaurants and metro connections. Ground floor restaurant Bistro 7 was good despite being short-staffed. Friendly hotel staff and quick check-in/out processes. Good-sized room and bathroom with blackout curtains. Always had hot water.

Overpriced valet parking. Rooms were small and run-down. Dirty windows. Rude and unprofessional staff. Overcharged and received no help resolving the issue. Triple check your invoice before leaving.

Enjoyed the lounge area with complimentary nibbles and sodas. Valet with expedient service and comfortable bed. One of the valet's, Amir, was very friendly and courteous.

This hotel in downtown Houston offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and kitchenettes. The staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. The location is ideal, close to the convention center and in a great area of downtown Houston.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the complementary coffee, tea, and cookies served in the lobby. The convenient location in the heart of downtown made it easy to walk to all the festive holiday events. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

My room was not up to par. The sheets and bedding had stains, and there was mold in the bathroom. The room also had a musty smell that didn't go away. The lack of attention to cleanliness was disappointing and made my stay uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
