Valet parking was frustrating, especially with congestion from the neighboring hotel. The location is fantastic for downtown activities, and happy hour at Table 7 Bistro had excellent food. Service staff were friendly and helpful, but the water pressure in the room was disappointing.

The valet service works like a charm. The lobby restaurant serves delicious food and is a great pick-me-up after a long day.

Ideal base for exploring Houston's vibrant downtown attractions.

I absolutely loved how close everything was; I could easily stroll to iconic spots like the JPMorgan Chase Tower, which was just a 5-minute walk away, and had a delightful 10-minute walk to the Minute Maid Park for the concert, making it super convenient for weekend adventures in the city, while the comfortable room with its amazing view and friendly staff made my stay feel even more special, but I did notice some street repairs right outside the lobby that could be a bit loud at times.

Clean room, clean facility with friendly staff who quickly handled our room switch and provided an upgrade after addressing our air conditioning issue.

Everything was just perfect.

Super convenient location! Close to lots of attractions. The room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries. Nice AC system with an actual thermostat. Loved the fitness center and free laundry. Staff were so helpful, aside from one grumpy manager. Snagged free snacks in the lounge too!

The staff’s response was lackluster, with one even strolling in with a snack. The mess lingered far too long, leaving us frustrated and disappointed.

We hit up Club Living Rooms for some epic chill vibes and then partied it up at The Moonshiners Southern Table & Bar, just a quick walk away. So convenient for us young partiers!

Just wished there was a rooftop pool for some extra fun in the sun! .

Incredible location, clean and spacious room.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and Minute Maid Park—only a ten-minute walk. The Bistro 7 on the ground floor served great food, though they were a bit short-staffed during my visit. The hotel ambiance is upscale, and the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. My room was spacious with comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains. I had some frustration: the elevator buttons on the 14th floor needed a hard press, and my coffee machine was unclean. Valet service was spotty, but Emily at the restaurant turned my experience around with her outstanding service. A few areas for improvement, but the convenient location and service made it worthwhile.

The room was spacious, but fell short on comfort due to various issues. We had no tub and our view was a brick wall. The bedding was stained, and I received two twins instead of the king-sized bed I booked. The temperature control was ineffective; the room never cooled down properly. The shower head sprayed in multiple directions and the carpet was stained. Wi-Fi and TV channels didn't work well, and the garbage bins overflowed due to no daily housekeeping. The check-in staff were unfriendly, contrasting the excellent service from restaurant staff downstairs.

The rooms felt outdated and in need of renovation, with issues like broken appliances, poor lighting, and maintenance issues. The cleanliness in the rooms was lacking, with dust accumulation in vents and subpar TV functionality.
