From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly maintenance man who always greeted us with a smile, we felt truly taken care of. The amenities in our room were excellent, with comfortable beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The shower pressure was great and everything smelled clean. My stay at the Marriott in Round Rock was excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing with multiple shower heads. The location was safe and convenient, with easy access to nearby freeways and a variety of restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have improved my morning meal experience was if there were more options available for breakfast.

The rooms were beautifully updated and very clean. the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. the M, Club, although a bit small, was comfortable and well stocked, offering good snacks in the evening and a satisfying breakfast in the morning. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near various chain restaurants, which were within walking distance.

I was disappointed to find that some areas of the hotel felt dated and in need of renovation, particularly the lobby and restaurant/bar area. the M, Club was also marred by some guests allowing their small children to run wild, which detracted from the overall experience.
