We had a fantastic stay at The Regis. It was the perfect vacation - a true break from work and worries. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the village and public buses. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, from the helpful concierge to the friendly shadow lounge staff. I loved the leisurely days of "doing nothing" while my son enjoyed the skiing. The nightly cookie snack with turn-down service was a lovely touch. the hotel provided a wonderful experience that made our stay truly unforgettable.

We loved the hotel facilities, especially the cleanliness and location at the foot of the Aspen Mountain and the head of the quaint and lively town. The transportation provided, including shuttle to/from the Aspen airport and to the hotel's après ski spot, was convenient. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The location was ideal, close to everything in town and within walking distance to the ski lifts. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially in the lounges, and the daily bloody Mary tasting and Champagne sabering were unique and enjoyable experiences. The smores on Friday and Saturday nights were a nice touch for families.

The only thing that could have been improved upon was the breakfast items. The coffee lacked care and flavor, while the toasted English muffins were consistently cold.

The hotel provided shuttle services to and from the airport and various restaurants, which was extremely helpful in this city. The spa staff, particularly Josie, were fantastic. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard and we appreciated the 24-hour room service. our stay here was unforgettable.
