The concierge team was super helpful arranging family-friendly activities and meals. A few housekeeping issues were frustrating, like missed turn-down service.

My room had a cozy fireplace, steam shower, big tub, and a fully stocked minibar. The spa facilities were top-notch with a hot tub, outdoor pool, and an incredible massage. Fitness center was great too! Also loved that the staff left us chocolates! Everything felt luxurious and homey.

They had a wide choice of healthy options, beautiful portions that actually tasted amazing! Plus, the location was perfect, a short walk to a small chairlift that wasn’t packed with people. Made it easier for the kids and my father who had a bit of trouble with long waits.

But yeah, it wasn’t exactly cheap, pricing felt a bit steep for the amenities offered.

My stay at St Regis Aspen Resort was delightful. The pool area was beautiful and the ambiance created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the homemade s'mores by the fire after a long day, which truly added to the magical experience of the evenings.

Room service was very attentive (special thanks for accommodating our Celiac teenager) and the outdoor swimming pool paired with the jacuzzi was absolutely divine after skiing! ! The location is ideal for exploring Aspen, with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The ski equipment hire process could be more streamlined, and occasional delays in housekeeping were noticeable.

The Velvet Buck had some of the best omelets I've ever tasted, and the atmosphere was so chill. My only gripe was the parking situation, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all.

The heated pool was a perfect spot to unwind when the weather got cold. We even got to play with Kitty, the hotel dog.
