Room was kept clean daily. Beds were comfy and pillows were fluffed. A/C and heater worked great. Loved having extra towels and toilet paper. Check-in was smooth. Location was perfect, near parks and coffee shops. Staff was friendly. Plus, the fitness center and hot tub were a nice touch.

The convenient location, convenient amenities with easy access to numerous bars and restaurants just across the street which made exploring this vibrant area a breeze.

The pool felt overcrowded, and the hot tub had a questionable color, making it a no-go for our daughter. Communication through text was hit or miss, especially at checkout. Despite the great location and spacious rooms, little attention to detail and cleanliness really dampened the experience. The potential is there, but it felt marred by neglect and inconsistent service.

This establishment should not pride itself as a resort. It resembles a motel more than anything. The room was not cleaned properly; dust and dirt were prevalent everywhere. The amenities were insufficient; broken drawers and malfunctioning appliances raised serious concerns. the location is a strong point. Close to vibrant restaurants and attractions. The pool area has potential, but cleanliness needs urgent attention. Staff responsiveness needs improvement. Amenities like a working safe would elevate the experience. It’s time for management to reevaluate their standards. With attention to detail and care, this place could offer so much more.

Fantastic walkable access to Orlando's top attractions and dining!

During my stay, I was thrilled by how easy it was to stroll to amazing spots like America's Escape Game and the fascinating SEA LIFE Centre, both less than a kilometer away. Not to mention, countless dining options just a few steps from the hotel, with great places like Vito's Chop House and Senor Frog's nearly around the corner! The pool area was absolutely delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. While the rooms were simple and kept neat, the cleanliness could use a little improvement, but overall, it was a superb base to explore all that Orlando has to offer!

The rooms were beautifully renovated and super spacious! I loved lounging by the huge heated pool, soaking up the sun. Every day felt like a mini-vacation with our comfy beds waiting for us after exploring nearby restaurants.

The location was awesome, just a short walk from various restaurants and bars. it's pet-friendly, which is a plus for animal lovers. The pool looked inviting, although I didn't get the chance to take a dip.

The room I was initially given was a disaster - unmade beds, bad smell, and even bugs in the sheets. The bathroom door was falling apart, and there was an annoying noise from a machine under the sink every morning.
