We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated since our son has special needs. The hotel facilities, especially the waterpark, were amazing and our children loved every minute of it. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with a large mall, restaurants, and stores nearby.

My family and I recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge for a weekend getaway. The water park was amazing, clean, and safe, providing endless fun for both kids and adults. We also enjoyed delicious pizza from the on-site pizza parlor, which was not only fantastic but also reasonably priced. The text message updates from Brinley were a nice touch, keeping us informed and well taken care of. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows and sheets that made for a great night's sleep. Having a balcony was a must, as it allowed us to warm up and enjoy the beautiful view.

We got great value for our money at Great Wolf Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The holiday decorations were absolutely adorable, creating a festive and cheerful atmosphere. They really went all out to make it a magical experience. the water park was a highlight, especially for the kids. They provided life jackets and floaties for the little ones, which was a huge relief for us as we had forgotten ours. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the water park and other amenities. We also appreciated the variety of food options available within the hotel.

One downside was the limited food options outside of the hotel. It would have been nice to have more variety nearby.

The food at the resort was enjoyable and the staff members were friendly. the resort itself was in decent condition, although some updates would be beneficial. the Magiquest game provided entertainment, although some quests were not functioning properly. It would have been nice to have more activities available after the water park closed, such as additional bowling lanes or a hot tub for adults. it was a good trip and provided an affordable vacation option for families.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as there were noticeable odors and unclean bedding. the customer experience was also lacking, with a lack of answers to questions and difficulty in ordering room service.

The lobby and hotel design was beautiful and well laid out. the early check-in time of 1:00 pm was convenient. the location of our room was great, near the grand lobby but not noisy. the balcony was a nice touch with a private view of the trees.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the AC was so loud it kept waking us up. the kids' bunk beds were not comfortable at all.

As a group of friends, we really enjoyed the water park, laser tag, and the variety of activities available. The food was great too!
