The water park and arcade were excellent, with clean showers and well-equipped locker rooms. The pool area was well ventilated, and staff were helpful with child safety. The rooms were nice and clean, and the cabin-themed decor appealed to the kids.

We loved that our key was in the wristband, making it convenient and hassle-free. The water park was amazing - we had all-day access and had a blast! We also appreciated being able to bring our own food, saving us money on expensive on-site meals.

As women traveling alone, we felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable place to relax. The lifeguards at the water parks were professional and ensured everyone's safety. The character interactions, especially with Melissa, were wonderful and made our stay extra special. The convenience of being able to check in and out via text messaging was a time-saver. We loved that we didn't have to leave the Lodge for anything, as there were plenty of activities and amenities to keep us entertained.

The water park was a hit with the kids and they had a blast. the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of reasonably priced dining options nearby. Another advantage was the fun activities offered for children, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.

One minor issue we encountered was the noise complaint made by another guest at 10pm. It seemed unfair that quiet hours didn't start until 11pm, and we felt like someone should have informed the person to call back after quiet hours if needed.

We had an amazing time at the water park and in our room during our recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The water park was so much fun for the whole family, with thrilling water slides and exciting attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of water park adventures. We couldn't get enough of the water park and spent every day there, creating memories that will last a lifetime. we highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge for a fantastic family-oriented vacation.

We absolutely loved our room and the water park was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to assist me as a wheelchair user, making it easy for me to enjoy the water. The hotel was also very kid-friendly, with activities like the Majic Quest for our little ones to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the comfortable bed and bed bug covers provided peace of mind.

Great experience with the waterpark slides. The lines were short and the slides were well-maintained. We had a blast and the kids loved it! I recommend this hotel for a fun family vacation.

I had a fantastic time at Great Wolf Lodge! The room was comfortable and worth the price. The location was perfect, especially being right next to Kings Island. The staff treated me with kindness and were very helpful, especially when it came to using the handicap seats in the water park.

Breakfast selection could use some improvement, it was a bit pricey for what was offered.

The water park and outdoor area were great! It was a fun experience with lots of slides and activities for the kids. the rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. Plus, there was a line to dry our wet clothes on, which was convenient. Also, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.

The service was lacking. We had to wait for an hour to get our room, and they didn't give us the passes that were supposed to be included.

The value for our money was great, and the room was spacious and impressive. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff, especially Melissa, was exceptional in their interactions with our autistic grandson.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The water park was amazing, with a great variety of attractions for all ages. the facility was clean and safe, and the staff were fantastic, always ready to help. It was also a bonus to be able to watch the fireworks show from our balcony, which added to the overall experience.

One downside was the lack of clear communication regarding the total cost of the room with fees and taxes included, which ended up being almost $100 more than the room rate. Additionally, there was a mix-up with the food bonus, as we were not informed beforehand that it depended on having a certain amount on a card.
