I enjoyed the attentive staff, especially Carman, who helped with our TV issue promptly. The room was clean and the conveniences like the fridge and microwave were appreciated after a long day.

the breakfast included sausage links and real eggs, which was a nice surprise. the remote for the tv took a while to get working.

Despite some challenges with the bathroom door and loud staff at night, the friendly staff and clean room significantly enhanced my experience here.

I had a lovely check-in experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. My room facilities were neat, and I appreciated the cleanliness, which made my stay more comfortable.

On the downside, the hotel is still undergoing renovations, which made parts of the property feel a bit disheveled. The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety beyond the basic offerings.

Request extra towels at check-in to avoid delays, as housekeeping may be slow to respond during busy times.

the window covering was so poor, it let in light-such a delightful surprise to be awake early! also, I had this prim and proper room change fiasco, I certainly expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. the noise from neighbors was absoluteley unbearable, I thought I was at a concert rather than a peaceful stay. I just couldn't give a good review!

The Standard Queen Room, Non Smoking was spotless and beautifully modernized, making our stay so enjoyable. I was thrilled by the friendly and helpful service, especially from Mike at the front desk! The workout room was small but just what we needed to stay active during our visit.

i enjoyed my stay at clarion pointe harrodsburg-danville. the receptionist was really helpful, even as she was getting the hang of things. it was also great having free in-room wi-fi and being close to the kentucky distillery for some fun outings!

The room was clean and comfy, enjoyed having a fridge and microwave for snacks. Super cool that the staff quickly accommodated my mom's needs for a handicap-accessible room. Only bummer was the basic breakfast. Besides that, it was a great stay!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. I’ll never forget how the staff helped return my forgotten jewellery during my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Easter.
