My stay at Baymont was for leisure, and it was truly delightful. the staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious with a nice-sized fridge and microwave, and the location was convenient right off I20. the well-lit parking lot added to the feeling of safety, and having coffee in the room as well as at breakfast was a nice touch. I appreciated the grab-and-go coffee and muffin option for a quick start to the day.

The hotel had an excellent location near the fort and was close to a lot of entertainment. Moreover, guests could easily reach the uptown VA medical clinic on Freedom Way. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was right, and the rooms were clean and equipped with comfortable beds, bedding, and a lot of other facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory per guests’ comments, and the service pleased the guests.

Some guests reported that some cosmetic issues existed in the bathroom, such as problems with painting, tiling, tub surfacing, and the hairdryer's cleanliness level.

Large comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, and spacious room. Kitchen had a good-sized refrigerator and ample cabinets, but was missing a convection stove. Food was good and service very accommodating. The room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and microwave were very handy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel offers great complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location is perfect, close to nearby restaurants and shopping. the view from the room was amazing, overlooking the river.
