The Privado area at the Fairmont Princess was fantastic! The rooms were 5-star and the staff were lovely. The Christmas setup with the ice skating rink and lights was mind-blowing. The pools and hot tubs were heated and enjoyable. Beautiful campus with golf cart shuttle service.

Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

The pools at Fairmont were amazing, especially the one near the Casita. The variety of pools was great and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. I had a wonderful time lounging poolside with my 10-month old. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located down the street from a large shopping center which included the PGA store. The Grayhawk golf course was also nearby, perfect for golf enthusiasts like us. The room and bathroom were clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the pond. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including an ice skating rink and a warm open-air Plaza Bar.

Luxury at its finest! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and attentive service that continued throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and relaxed. The outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking and offered sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a poolside snack bar. The spa & wellness centre was magnificent, offering an expansive range of treatments like body wraps, massages, and facials. The location advantages are perfect for either a romantic getaway or a corporate event.

I did encounter one minor issue with the service at the restaurant. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed, and the food service was slow.
