We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room layout was spacious and well-designed, with a small balcony that offered a sliver of river view. We loved the multitude of functioning outlets and USB ports, as well as the giant TV and ample counter space. The large comfy bed and the provided robes and slippers were a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the absence of room service was not an issue as they quickly provided anything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near all the restaurants and attractions in the city's historic district. We were able to conveniently walk to the riverfront and explore the city's charm.

I recently stayed at Andaz in beautiful Savannah for a few days. The location was perfect, with easy access to the water, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself was impressive, with clean rooms and great amenities. I loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kimberly the waitress and Carmen the supervisor. I also enjoyed the hotel's gym and swimming pool. highly recommend this hotel!

There was a slight issue with the smell in our room which was a little unpleasant. However, the staff were quick to address the issue and were very accommodating, providing us with a different room.

We loved the location of this place! It was just a short walk away from amazing restaurants and a lively market. The staff was very pleasant and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, from a cozy sitting area, a comfortable bed, to a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the warm weather.

Although we had a few problems with our first room, they were very accommodating and made sure we had a more comfortable room. Additionally, how amazing is it that they provide service room, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance?

The kitchenette in our room was not properly cleaned, with dried food left in the sink and some spots of mold around the shower area. Additionally, the shower did not contain the water properly, causing the area in front of the toilet to flood every time we took a shower.
