The value for money at this B&B was excellent, with comfortable and homey rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and downtown Long Beach. The staff, especially Pat, the innkeeper, treated us like family and made our stay memorable.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with the egg and toast being a bit dried out.
