I recently stayed at the Renaissance hotel in downtown and had an amazing experience. The building itself is stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel offers a credit to use at the bar, which was a nice surprise. The lobby and bar area were inviting and provided a great atmosphere to enjoy snacks and drinks before heading out to a Rockies game. The hotel's incorporation of history made it unique and memorable, and I can't wait to book another stay when I visit family in the future.

The location here is prime, with lots of downtown attractions within walking distance. We had a great time exploring the area, as there were so many walkable restaurants and shops. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious with comfy beds. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We especially appreciated their attention to detail in accommodating my gluten-free diet. They even organized a town car for our trip to the airport.

Exceptional historic building with a luxurious touch and modern amenities. the lobby is impressive, with a steel door from its previous life as a bank. There are plenty of areas for relaxation and games. Great location near 16 street Mall, perfect for exploring the city.

Confusion over billing when checking out, with the need to call reception to resolve the issue. Inconsistent housekeeping service, with room not cleaned as requested and staff entering the room despite the do not disturb sign.

My stay at Renaissance was amazing. The stunning lobby, housed in a historic Gold Rush-era bank building, took my breath away. The original architecture and artwork provided a fascinating glimpse into Denver's past. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from Union Station. To top it all off, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. When I asked for a day-pass to the fitness center, Zach at the front desk was incredibly helpful and the manager-on-duty Austin graciously made an exception for me. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued and ensured that I will be returning to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend Renaissance for an unforgettable stay in Denver.
