Had a spacious king suite with a nice ceiling fan 😌. Super accessible to the French Quarter, but pool cleanliness could improve 🏊‍♂️.

The location to the port was very good. The pool area was gorgeous and the kitchenette in the suite was convenient. The dinner options were sufficient and included a variety of evening social hours. Complimentary refreshments were appreciated. The sweet lady who checked us in made a positive impact.

The spacious King Studio Suite was comfortable, but housekeeping needs improvement as our room was not clean upon arrival. Additionally, the microwave was broken and the front desk could have been more responsive. Great for families needing space but guests should expect some maintenance issues.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the main bridge. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't acknowledge my status as a diamond member and provided no upgrades.

Man, the suites are legit! Super spacious for chilling after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were really friendly, always greeting us when we came back from our adventures. Plus, being away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to pop over made it a perfect base.

Though, gotta say, the check-in process could've been smoother, felt a bit disorganized when we first arrived.

the ferry terminal is just 10 minutes away for quick city access. the pool had a green color and was not usable.

the outdoor pool was awesome and really refreshing after a long day. staff was super friendly and helpful with any queries, even when i had a last-minute room mix-up.

breakfast was decent but could be fresher. 🥴
