We had an incredible stay at a well-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive and always anticipated our needs. The breakfast spread was outstanding, catering to all dietary needs. The location and view from our room were unparalleled. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Central location with stunning views, helpful staff, and beautiful horse, drawn carriage ride to the train station. the accommodations, food, and service were superb. Welcome drink in the lounge and carriage ride from the train station made the stay extra special.

The brasserie's cheeseburger was disappointing, with a soggy bun and chewy burger. It would have been helpful to be informed about the brasserie's closure at check, in, especially since there were no alternative options.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was fantastic. And the room? It was beyond amazing! The wooden panelling, comfy bed, and that view of the Matterhorn - breathtaking! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIPs the whole time. And the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the train station and all the attractions. Definitely going back!

Traveling for leisure, my stay at Grand Hotel Zermatterhof was an unforgettable experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, and the hotel's location near the train station and attractions was ideal. I was impressed by the grand front entrance, the convenient access to the pool and sauna, and the stylish horse carriage design. Breakfast was superb with a stunning view, and the complimentary horse and carriage ride and free taxis were a nice touch. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A Luxurious Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at a stunning hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was absolutely lovely, adorned with luxurious amenities. One minor drawback was the relatively small size of the spa and pool area, which became crowded in the late afternoon. Despite a slight language barrier with the reception staff, we managed to communicate effectively and resolve any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick and luxurious getaway.

Amazing service from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a horse carriage, offered a drink, and had our things taken to the room. The concierge gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped highlight areas on the map. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the staff was outstanding. The room was comfortable and had a pillow menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

stayed here before, but this time was even better. Staff was amazing, from the friendly receptionists to the helpful concierge. The room was beautiful with a view of the Matterhorn, and the spa area was clean and relaxing. Free horse and carriage ride through town was a lovely touch.
