the ski room is fantastic with boot driers and helpful concierge. dinner was good but pricey.

The constant ringing of loud church bells was disruptive at night!!! Some rooms need a refresh as outdated decor detracted from the luxury feel!!! The gym facilities are quite limited and don't match the five-star expectations!!!

the sauna closing at 20:30 was disappointing.

the food was absolutely unremarkable, not at all 5-star quality. Oh, and the outdated furnishings made me feel like I’d stepped into a time machine! I thought I'd get a complimentary upgrade after the terrible room service, but no such luck. even the sauna's hours are completely inconvenient. Woudl ve been better if expectations were met.

We had such a nice time! The balcony view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking, making our mornings so special. Breakfast was a feast with everything you could want, and the staff were super friendly, always handing out warm welcomes. Just a heads up, the room could use a little refresh, but it didn't ruin our vibe. Loved the bar area too!
