The ocean views from the rooms were breathtaking, with each balcony offering a perfect spot for relaxation. The layout of the accommodations was spacious, featuring a separate living room and kitchen area that made the stay feel more like home.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning units were extremely noisy, disrupting my sleep quite a bit. Maintenance issues were apparent, with large holes in bathroom walls and stained carpets detracting from the overall comfort. I also noticed several instances of inadequate housekeeping, with trash left in hallways for days, and the pool area could certainly use more attention—broken sunbeds and litter were not an inviting sight. Many guests, including myself, struggled with limited cleaning services and the lack of fresh towels everyday, which seemed to cut corners on what used to be standard offerings in hotel stays.

My stay at Best Western New Smyrna Beach Hotel & Suites was like finding a $20 bill in your coat pocket from last winter! The rooms were fabulous, especially with the separate bedroom layout that made it feel like a cozy beach apartment. Also, the beachfront is a blissful slice of paradise where we spent hours soaking up the sun. The view from our balcony was nothing short of spectacular, like a postcard come to life! In fact, my family decided that if the ocean doesn't stop calling us back, we'll be making this our annual vacation spot! Even the staff were incredibly accommodating, kind of like having a personal assistant but without the hefty salary.

Some maintenance issues.

i loved how all the rooms have ocean-facing balconies, like every time u step outside its just breath takin! the staff were super nice and always helped us, and i appreciated being close to all the fun stuff on flagler avenue. the beach is way prettier than daytona and not as crowded, which we totally enjoyed. pool was great too, jad fun afternoons there! our suite was clean and comfy, felt like we was at home.

but we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready after check-in and the fold-out couch was super uncomfy. also, had a weird billing issue after we left that kinda ruined the vibe.

Had an awesome group trip! The breakfast was solid, and the staff kept everything stocked up. We loved our large room with the ocean view. Perfect for relaxing after hitting events like Bike Week and NASCAR Race Week. Great beach access and nearby eateries make this spot a win!

We faced a bit of an issue with parking, only one spot was allowed for our group, making it tough with a full car. Just something to keep in mind!
