Great vibes with some hiccups

Nice clean rooms and super friendly staff! Check-in was easy, and Carlton was awesome with the key mix-up. Drinks at the bar were tasty, and the food was surprisingly good. The place felt a bit rundown though, and there were no valets when we left which was a little annoying.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and gracious. The pool and spa were inviting. The location was convenient for shopping and dining.

Felt like home, no complaints.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was a bit hard to find, but once I arrived, I was blown away. The surroundings are absolutely stunning - so peaceful and serene with beautiful trees, a pond, and even ducks. The room was big and very clean, and the bottom of the pool could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was great. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ashley and the breakfast team, as well as the room cleaning staff and the bar staff, were fantastic. The service was excellent, and they even offered to order a cab for my early morning flight. It was a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, creating a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location and overall atmosphere of the hotel were also excellent, giving off a comfortable and inviting vibe. The unique design of the hotel made it feel more like a home than a typical hotel. Definitely planning on returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best aspects of our stay were the exceptional grounds and property. the hotel offers a beautiful and tranquil setting, with ponds and wildlife, giving us a feeling of being in a forest preserve. the rooms were comfortable and provided a great view of the woods. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of items and friendly staff.

The only downside was the noise from other events at night, although the staff did their best to resolve the issue. Additionally, there was no onsite restaurant, but there were plenty of great dining options close by in Oakbrook Terrace, which was just 2 miles away.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet location of my room. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Sriracha meatballs and the steak sandwich. a great experience.

The hotel offers an impressive range of amenities, including a leisure spa and wellness center with indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There are also barbeque grills and sun loungers available in the garden area, perfect for relaxation. The dining options here are top-notch, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar/lounge area where you can unwind with a drink. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had an awesome experience at Hyatt Lodge! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and friendly staff. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The location is beautiful, and we enjoyed some great R&R. we highly recommend this hotel for a mini getaway.

Enjoyed the tranquil and scenic location, impressive room upgrade, and top-notch breakfast service. Felt valued even as a Discoverist elite member. Appreciated the helpful attitude of the staff, who made the wedding we attended truly special. Accessible room needs improvement. I highly recommend this property for family and leisure travel to Chicago.

We stayed at this venue and had a wonderful time surrounded by nature. The large windows overlook a pond surrounded by trees and it's an exquisite view. The staff were attentive and always available to help. They were eager to accommodate us in every way possible with great service. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that we needed, like heating and air conditioning, a mini-bar. We were delighted with the breakfast in the dining restaurant and the staff went above-and-beyond to ensure that our needs were met.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family, it's in a beautiful wooded area with lots of amenities to make your stay special including a leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and a garden area.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and affordable rates at this hotel. the spacious grounds were also a highlight, providing lots of green space for a daily walk or jog. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a short drive away from shopping and restaurants, was very convenient.

There were a few negatives to my stay. I found the lack of dining options onsite disappointing, as the restaurant offered limited choices and the quality of the food was not up to par.
